MIXED BILLING
In our effort to provide the highest standard of health care to all our valued communities, following is the mixed billings structure:
- Children up to 16 years old are bulk billed.
- Patients aged 65 and above years old are bulk billed.
- Concession cardholders are bulk billed.

Standard appointments: $85
Medicare Rebate: $42.85
Out of pocket to patient: only $42.15
Long appointments: $125
Medicare Rebate: $82.90
Out of pocket to patient: only $42.10
Extra Long appointments: $150
Medicare Rebate: $82.90
Out of pocket to patient: only $27.85
Immunisation
Please call us to make an appointment for the Doctor and the nurse.
Telehealth Appointments
Phone consults are available to patients who are COVID positive and / or patients who have a cough, flu, fever, sore throat and cold symptoms. If you are well, we encourage you to come in for a face to face consult.
New Patients and Walk-in Appointments
All are welcome.
HOME VISITS
If a patient’s illness prevents them from coming to the clinic, they can request a home visit by speaking with the receptionist. The decision to conduct a home visit is at the discretion of the doctor, if doctor is not able to do Home Visit, you can explore alternative options (such as phone/video consultation, Night Doctor home visit 1300 644 483).
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Missed appointments or not cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment will attract fee of $50 payable by you
We understand that things change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us ASAP or manage your appointment via the email sent to you by Hotdoc.
